I’m Jacob Bills; your trainer and support throughout this next step in your life. Not many knew it at the time, but during college, I dealt with a lot of anger, anxiety, and depression. I stayed as active as I could at all times to give myself a healthy outlet to deal with all of those emotions. Working out became the healthiest form of therapy that truly helped me transform from the inside out. As I began to take control over those crippling emotions through college and the first few years outside of college, I saw all areas of my life begin to level up. Working out and staying active 5-6 days a week became a non-negotiable for me as I started to experience personal growth at a new level. Now I’m ready to help you navigate your health, grow your mindset, and take control over your body again.
